I am very proud, DARIO CECCHINI, (on the right Rocco, my life-brother)friend and famous butcher in all around world have one of my work in chasing and repousse. He baptized me like a knight templar as the last chaser of “bottega” in Florence. He sharing his secrets of cooking meat in all the round world and i have respect and admiration of him, and then like a “disciple” I am doing the same like a mission, sharing my art od chasing and repousse in the world.

Sono molto orgoglioso , Dario Cecchini, (a destra Rocco mio fratello di vita) amico e famoso macellaio in tutto il mondo ha uno del miei lavori a sbalzo e cesello . Mi ha battezzato proprio come un cavaliere templare, l’ultimo CESELLATORE di ” bottega ” di Firenze . Lui condivide i suoi segreti la sua arte della cottura della carne in tutto il mondo. Provo grande rispetto e ammirazione per questo, e come un devoto “discepolo” Io sto facendo lo stesso come “mission”, condividendo la mia arte dello sbalzo e cesello in tutto il mondo. 8 oct 1986, is the date when I entered inside to the my uncle Brandimarte silver factory. He took me hand and he introduce me to this big and high man. Like a child I was not talking so much, and i was looking this giant man almost scared. I never thought he could have change completely my life in all sense. Today, after 30 year we are in contact and we love more then before. Chasing and repousse, my life, my art, my passion. Thank you Alvaro
